Q. What size are the platter boxes?

A. There are 3 sizes available (cm):

  • Small: 22.5 x 22.5 

  • Medium: 36 x 25

  • Large: 44 x 30

 

Q. What are your delivery fees? 

A. Platter box delivery is available for a flat rate of $15 within Sydney. Free pick up is available from Waterloo, 2017. For grazing tables and boards, the delivery and pick up fee is included in the base cost. For any orders outside outside of Sydney, additional travel fees may apply. 

 

Q. How far in advance should I order?

A. Platter boxes can be ordered 48 hours in advance whilst catered grazing options require at least 7 days notice. The earlier the better to guarantee availability!

 

Q. Can you cater for dietary requirements?

A. Of course! All orders are able to be customised to suit you and your guests so please let us know so we can accommodate accordingly. Whether it be an allergy, intolerance, religious reason or simply a flavour preference - no request is out of the question!

 

Q. Do you offer corporate catering?

A. Yes we do. Please get in touch here to discuss how we can feed your team!

 

Q. How do I order?

A. To order a platter box or add catered grazing to your event please leave an enquiry via the form on our Contact page and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your order are non-refundable. Cancellation before 7 days can either be re-scheduled for a later date or receive a full refund.
