What's the difference between Grazing Platters and Grazing Tables?
Grazing Platters are delivered ready to go! They can be delivered in platter boxes, palm leaf platters or wooden boards (to be returned). See the collection here.
What's a Grazing Table? These are tables for grazing! Set up on site for your guests to graze at and admire. Suited more for special events where you want to impress your guests. Find out about our grazing table packages here.
What size are the platters?
The platter boxes are available in 3 sizes (cm):
Small: 23 x 23
Medium: 36 x 25
Large: 56 x 25
The palm leaf platters are 56 x 30 cm and the Grazing Boards are 40 cm diameter.
How do the Grazing Tables work?
We arrive 2-3 hours before your event start time to set up the table (depending on the size). The table itself is to be provided by the venue otherwise we can assist in hiring a table. The standard package can then be disposed of at the end of the event. If you add the solid set up, we'll return the next day to pick everything up! No need to clean but the table and props has to be cleared of food.
Can I pick up my platter?
Yes, free pick up is available Monday - Saturday, 9AM - 3PM from our Alexandria warehouse. You can select pick up and the time frame at checkout.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Platter box delivery starts at $20 depending on the distance from our warehouse in Alexandria, 2015. Shipping is calculated at checkout. You can select the delivery date and time frame at checkout too. Additional travel fees may apply for Grazing Tables.
How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better to guarantee availability! Same day delivery is sometimes available for platter boxes whilst catered grazing options require at least 7 days notice. If your date isn't available at checkout, please contact us directly to see if we can fit you in!
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Of course! All orders are able to be customised to suit you and your guests so please let us know so we can accommodate accordingly. Whether it be an allergy, intolerance, religious reason or simply a flavour preference - no request is out of the question!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event/delivery can either be re-scheduled for a later date or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your order are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the order.
